This sitcom shows the absurdity of a job trying to let cramped flats with damp walls at exorbitant prices, as the captions popping up illustrate: “Two-bed flat: Spacious with a cooling draft, £1750pm”, and “Very nice small stairs, £1900pm”. It’s also a job that requires little more than unlocking a door, as proven by one woman’s agreement to take a flat despite Stath’s disastrous antics. It descends into full-on slapstick, as this blithe idiot smashes a tenant’s three televisions in his attempts to capture a pigeon.
